When you talk about Rel.5 then you are talking about UMTS network, in that front ALL IP would take sometime, since GSM lobby predominately European lobby, usually when a vendor comes out with UMTS they have the core solution with both ATM and IP, since the European still skeptical to go all IP solution it would take time to mature in that front.
But when you talk about ALL IP CDMA Core, except for one or two Most of the CDMA vendor have core only through ALL IP, this has been in market for the past 2 year or so, its nothing new about it.
