If everything is as you say (change the default where CDP is enabled on all
participating interfaces)....you should only have to enable ODR routing on the
hub router. ODR only works in a hub and spoke scenario.

I'm tring to configure ODR routing between a frame-relay NBMA interface
(main interface) and a point-to-point subinterface .
I can Ping the other side (and broadcast key word is on the frame-map
statement)

I've enabled CDP on both interfaces, but I don't receive routers from
the other side, nor can I redistribute in this protocol... I though I
should receive a default route or something...

Can somebody clarify this protocol a little bit, since CCO is vague!
