Is it possible to have a router simulating a host an discover the default gateway using IRDP?

I tried just 'ip irdp' but this only enables R14 to send IRDP announces.
R14 does not process the IRDP announcements received from R6 and R4.

(R6 and R4 are the default gateways sending IRDP advertisements)
