Im in the R&S Lab techtorial right now.

Im a little dissapointed. Its a very high level discussion with a few tips
here and there. We are covering things like OSPF areas, virtual links, and
BGP attributes...

The tips are very welcomed, but only seem to come once per hour or so.
Nothing very new coming out of this section and I think we are only barely
touching on the IPv6 section.

Actually still here. Didn't take anything involving R&S, but I did a
techtorial on Security lab. Pix 7.0 and IDS version 5 will be eligible for
the lab in maybe 6-9 months from now. No sooner.

Any reviews or upcoming lab changes?
