The router knows best:
emanon-R8(config)#access-list 700 permit abcd.abcd.abcd
emanon-R8(config)#access-list 700 permit abcd.abcd.abcd 0000.0000.0000
emanon-R8(config)#^Z
emanon-R8#sh access-list 700
Bridge address access list 700
permit abcd.abcd.abcd 0000.0000.0000
emanon-R8#
So if you enter it both ways, the router knows you are being redudant and
summarizes just fine. Very much like IP aceess lists with a 0.0.0.0 mask
will be rewritten as "host x.x.x.x"

Subject: mask for a dmac-outputlist
if you have a mac addy that you want to specify in a mac access-list do you:
access-list 700 permit abcd.abcd.abcd 0000.0000.0000
or
access-list 700 permit abcd.abcd.abcd
does the mask matter?
