Just to clarify 2 things:
1) by default, the redistributed route is external type 2 route, so
"redistribute ospf 22 match external 2" instead;
2) in this scenario, ospf router-id and bgp router-id don't have to
match, unless you've enabled bgp syncronization and ospf happens to be
the underlying IGP.

Correct me if i am wrong.
