it says right there on the page "volumes I and II". we are talking about
volume II, not to be confused with volume I version 2.x
the manual is complete, but the solution guide is not complete. there are
10 labs but only 8 solutions. brian m. said he would post lab 9 today, so
it looks like he has about 57 minutes left before he lets us down :-P
