Amit,
snmp-server host 136.7.2.100 CISCOTRAP says ..send all traps to the
host 136.7.2.100 with community string CISCOTRAP.
**********
ALso if we have configured :

****************
snmp-server enable traps vtp ... is required since it actually enables
the generation of vtp traps by the router ..
snmp-server host 136.7.2.100 traps CISCOTRAP vtp will send the vtp
traps to the host at 136.7.2.100 with a community string CISCOTRAP....
This could be useful if you wanted to send different types of traps to
different hosts.
But snmp-server enable traps ... is a must.
Hope it helps..
