I sure you realize that any response you get is only a guess.

But, here's my guess. You didn't correctly interpret the task requirements.
For example, maybe the requirements were worded in such a way that you
needed to configure dialer profiles even though you were never explicitly
told to configure dialer profiles.

It's also possible you violated some instruction at the beginning of the lab
and when you were configuring isdn, you forgot about that instruction.

But, I agree with you that lots of people lose points on the isdn section
even though they know how to correctly configure isdn. It's happened to me.

Why most people get 0% on the ISDN part of the lab exam. I thought my
ISDN configuration was 100% correct but I got 0%. Any clue?
