be calculation

Hello

Please help with a question regarding Frame-relay traffic shaping.

I know the calculation for be is Be = (AR - CIR) x Tc/1000

Now lets say a site have a transmission of 1536Kbps and two DLCI's with the
following settings.
Tc = 50 ms

DLCI 101
CIR = 128Kbps
Be = 0

DLCI 102
CIR = 512Kbps
Be= ?

Now DLCI 101 is not allowed to burst. The router is allowed to burst to the
maximum transmission rate supported on the circuit using DLCI 102.

To calculate the Be on DLCI 102 should I only subtract the CIR of DLCI 102
Be = (1536000 - 512000) x 50/100 = 51200
Or
Should I subtract the both DLCs CIR's
Be ( 1536000 - 512000 - 128000) x 50/1000 = 44800

Thank you
