That all depends on what your application is and how things are running...
H.323 voice specification calls for 16384-32767.
H.323 whiteboard specification calls for 32768-49151.
H.323 video specification calls for 49152-65535.
I'm sure there are others that you may run into, but look to the
application.

above 16383. But practically I have seen, these are made on ports above
10000.
