ACL 104 permits from source host 163.8.4.40 and any source port to any destination ip address with a destination port of 80
ACL 105 permits from source host 163.8.4.40 with source port of 80 to any detination ip and any destination port.

following two access-list
access-list 104 permit tcp host 163.8.4.40 any eq www
and
access-list 105 permit tcp host 163.8.4.40 eq www any
I gave it diffrint numbers for refrencing. Sorry but I have confused my self
tottaly.
