Hi,

The first one matches traffic from a host with IP host with this 163.8.4.40
to whatever destination as far as ip as long as it's for port 80 (WWW)

Ex: SOURCE - L4 (TCP Port: 24567) L3 - 163.8.4.40 - DESTINATION - L4 (TCP
Port: 80) L3 - 12.12.12.12

The above one it will be a match in access-list 104.

The second matches traffic from host 163.8.4.40 (sourced from port 80 like
when this host is an HTTP server answering a request) to any host
requesting.

Ex: SOURCE - L4 (TCP Port: 80) L3 - 163.8.4.40 - DESTINATION - L4 (TCP
Port: 28977) L3 - 12.12.12.12

Hope it helped

Daniel
