Hi San,

According to the 12.3 Master-command list, there's only 4 dialer watch
commands, so you think it would have to be one of the 4.

I would think 'dialer watch-list delay' but this doesn't wait for any
routing-protocol to be 'synched' before being enabled like you are looking
for. I thought I remember a similar question from one of the IEWBs (perhaps
the new Volume 2?) but I thought it just asked to wait some set of time, not
specifically for the routing protocol(s) to be synched.
