No, BGP Multipath allows that router to install the same networks in it's
table but does not change the advertisement out behaviour of the RR. The RR
will still only advertise out it's best route.
Nice try though, I thought of that.

It depends ibgp multipath might do the trick for you. I dont think there
is a feature
like the JUNOS one to export all paths regardless for looking glass
type apps.
