Andy,
I have exactly the same problem as yours.
I can't configure isdn callback neither over a dialer profile nor over a
BRI.
The routers negotiates the calback (matching caller iD), they disconect,
 the callback server attempt to call back, but the call never establish.
I'm still stuck on this.
