Forgot to mention - the Cisco phones (including the softphones) have some statistics built in. You can access the phone using HTTP.

I am searching VoIP packet capture tool for trouble shooting VoIP
traffice such as delay, jitter , packet loss.
So far, Sniffer from NetworkGeneral seems fine.

Do you have any recommandation?
