If you're strictly using a Cisco VoIP Solution (meaning no SIP) I guess I would recommend the NAM card. It will give you the statistics you're looking and more (who called who) for plus it works as a data capture as well as a Netflow Collector.
It's not perfect but for the price ($3K or less depending on your discount for the NM for the 26xx, 28xx, 36xx, 37xx router - the one for the 6500 switches is more like $15-20K, forgot how much).
I can also recommend Comcord eHealth - they have a VoIP plugin that can get some statistics from the gateways/routers and from CallManager (this doesn't seem to be available yet - not sure again). They also offer a software that can test MOS/Voice quality between sites and such (runs on a PC/Windows).
