Hmmm... I was always told that DOC CD's were kept onhand in the event this
happened.
I even had a proctor tell this in person prior to my first attempt.
Did you ask if one was available??
Best regards,

Hi All,
I failed the lab exam with score about 75. There are 2 accidents that impact
me a lot in the exam.
First of all, the online document can't be accessed via web all the
morning. The proctor can't resolve it until 1:30 PM
which is one hours after lunch. It seems I was the only one affected. This
made me feel nevious and slow down my
progress. A result is that I had no time left to review all the questions
again, and cause the second accident for me.
The second is that I did't find one of the page of IOS/feature in my test
paper. I only got 30% for that part. As I can
recall, I only found one question for that part. I guess it is either caused
by my fault or that page was not available
at all. Because I had been in a hurry to finish all the questions and didn't
have time to review again all the question
at the end, it is possible I skipped that page by my careless. I also have
suspected that page was lost during test days
ago, because the test page was used and not in good condition. I found the
sign of mark and draw on some pages, and the
last page even drop during my exam. Anyway the proctor deny that
possibility to me the next day of the exam.
Without these 2 accident, maybe I can pass.
I 'm very depressed as others who failed, and because of the exceptional
accidents. I just want to know if there is some
action whatever CISCO can take for the accident like me? Do you suggest me
to report this to CISCO?
Thanks,
Taylor
