I think both, otherwise you are not waiting long enough
So if delay disconnect > current idle timeout
then you need to alter the idle timeout.

If i use only dialer watch-list disconnect 300, ISDN is disconnected
by default idle timer 120 seconds. Is this accepted ? or should i use
both combination ?
