I think both, otherwise you are not waiting long enough

So if delay disconnect > current idle timeout

then you need to alter the idle timeout.

ISDN circuit should only be disconnected after the FR circuite comes
back up and has been stable for 5 minutes ?

Probable Answer:

1. "dialer idle time 300"

2. dialer watch-list 1 delay disconnect 300

Results:

If i use only dialer watch-list disconnect 300, ISDN is disconnected
by default idle timer 120 seconds. Is this accepted ? or should i use
both combination ?
