Change the interface to match, just like in OPSF, both sides must be the
saem (multipoint...point-to-point). Use the "isis network
point-to-point" interface command.

                  I never got ISIS to work over point-to-point link.
But you probably
need to change the point-to-point link to multipoint or run it over GRE
tunnel.
