There was some discussion on this a week or two ago, but I don't know if
anyone was ever able to clarify/verify the issue.
30 seconds - ehh? Since both learn and listen states are defaulted at 15
seconds apiece, and max-age is defaulted at 20 seconds apiece - guess what
isn't being used. But investigate what max-age timer does, and when needed
if on 1 3550 with a default config:
