Clayton,
I know there have been some answers to this question already but I have
to sound in on this discuss.
When I was going for my R&S certification back in 2001, I attend the
CCIE R&S Power Session (as it was called back then) and it really made a
difference to understand what would happen in the lab and to understand
what the proctors would expect from me when I attend the lab.
They presented material that was about the lab and not about the written
exam when I attend. The slides told you all about the different
technologies that you would be tested on and even the commands that you
would be expected to know. The proctors even put different ratings on
the commands they talked about as to must know, should know and might
have to know. *** verses ** verses * for the rating system.
I am scheduled to take my security lab now on July 8th and I will be
attending Networkers and the techtorial for the Security lab. New this
year is all a partnership with KnowledgeNet for a 4 hour practice lab
for anyone that attends the techtorial this year.
Techtorials and practice labs are available for R&S, Security and Voice
CCIE tracks.
Highly recommended.
Pay the money now or pay for a second lab attempt later.

Subject: CCIE techtorial at networkers...Is it worth it??
I was wondering if it was worth the money for the techtorial? I've
already
passed the written, so if that's all they cover, I'd pass.
Thanks!
Clayton
