If there is a way, I haven't found it. I believe OSPF external routes
are the only type that supports a route tag. When we've needed to tag
local networks (such as connected) we would just use "redistribute
connected" so the routes were brought into OSPF as external routes
instead of intra-area.
Other than that, I'm not sure it can be done.
