If you already verified the requirements and performed a
verify on the image - then I would suspect the memory or
flash as the problem. Troubleshooting steps could include
reseating all the memory, upgrading the boot image, swapping
out the flash with other flash (either bad flash or issue
with mixing AMD an Intel based on your bootrom code), or of
couse swapping out the memory with other memory.
