yes they do. when i was in RTP last year, during the Lunch time, had a word
with proctor. During the course, he said he is grading lab from Tokyo.
According to CCCIE Program Manager, the Labs are graded by Procotors and
most of them have TAC background.
Nothing said in my previous E-Mail is overstated and if anyone does not
beleive in it go to RTP and you will hear it from proctor.
Instead of aksing these type of questions, pls concentrate more on
technology releated stuff.
