service-policy in policy-map configuration mode

Hi all,
wath is the purpose of this configuration?:

policy-map my-policy
 class my-class
  priority 500
!
policy-map test
 class <name>
  shape peak 100000
   service-policy my-policy
!

is it possible to make several queueing mechanism (priority and CBFWQ) for one specific class?
and if so, how many "nested class" can I configure?
is there any restriction using this feature?

any comments or links will be appreciated
I never seen any configuration like this !!!!!
