I just learnt today that when a ppp neg fails like the below, it is because
one side is configured for ppp multilink and the other side not!?!? It can
be seen because the multilink side offers an MRRU of 1524 and the other
rejects it,

*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: I CONFREQ [REQsent] id 89 len 28
*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: MagicNumber 0x5FAF5B65 (0x05065FAF5B65)
*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: MRRU 1524 (0x110405F4)
*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: EndpointDisc 1 porto-r6610
(0x130E01706F72746F2D7236363130)
*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: O CONFREJ [REQsent] id 89 len 8
*Mar 2 04:08:02: Se0/0 LCP: MRRU 1524 (0x110405F4)
