Are not the labs graded before the routers are rebooted? If they are,
is it fair to ask the proctor about this? I mean setting the time on
the ntp master. Assuming it is allowed to set the time on the ntp
master, what time reference should be used? I will assume this to be
a fair question for the proctor.
