Hi all,
 
I am not sure if this question has been asked already...I have done a search but couldn4t fine anything.
 
Anyway, let4s get to the point: Imagine you are asked to police some sort of traffic. You do your class-maps and when you do your police-map and use the previous map then you want to "police" it. The question is: Do you just do police or do you also include bc and be? Also, how do you find the appropiate TC for a link? I know it is between 10 and 125...but how do I find out the value if it is not given?
