hi,

strange question, but did you reset the neighbor connection? hello may
stay under the
radar of storm control, but maybe it's different when establishing the
adjacency and
exchanging lsdb packets?
i don't have access to equipment right now, so i cannot test it.

my solution would have been to change the OSPF network type to something
that uses
unicast for ospf packets like nonbroadcast.
