Scott,

        If you want to eliminate everything except bandwidth it would be
"0 X 0 0 0 0 0", where X is any number. If you want to eliminate
bandwidth and leave everything else it would be "0 0 0 X X X", where X
is any number, as bandwidth is part of the load calculation.
