Didn't mean to make it sound like 0000:0000:0000:0001 would be the
same as 210:7BFF:FE35:CC72. You're right, they are two completely
different host addresses. What I was getting at is that these are
examples of two different ways to assign IP addresses in IPv6. The
first, 2000::1 being an example of statically coding an address. Ths
second, an example of using the eui-64 option to have a host-id
automatically generated. I hope that makes more sense.
