This conversation has gone on long enough! :)
1. NDA should be relatively easy to figure out, don't tell people/discuss
things detailed about the exam
2. Anyone who is going for their CCIE should have been around the industry
enough to know of TestKing and their reputation. If they really try to play
ignorant about knowing things like that I would not believe them.
3. Braindump or not, if that is ALL you are going to study then it's not a
fair test, and eventually the market will weed those people out (like the
CCIEs who think it's cool to make only $40 an hour in a large city in the
US). The problem is that it hurts the rest of us in the meantime, but life
will go on regardless. (Perhaps there's a correlation to the large increase
in inactive CCIEs over the past couple of years rather than before (shrug))
If you study things and really know how they work, then you'll get through
the lab. Otherwise, you're cheating yourself in the long run and you'll be
the one who has to get reamed for some inane decision about the "labesque"
network design you REALLY tried to implement in the real world.
But otherwise, we should all be here in the same boat. To study, figure
out, and (deity-du-jour forbid) learn something along the way.
Can we let this die?

Never read the NDA mate, you obviously have so what does it say about the
recepient of a braindump ? how does he know its a braindump in the first
place if he has never seen the exam before ?
Point being there is a limit to what can be policed and there is no morality
blueprint that can be universally applied. My guy actually sees himself as
having gotten lucky ..not as a cheat ! And you do need luck with the CCIE
exam as well !
