Never read the NDA mate, you obviously have so what does it say about the recepient of a braindump ? how does he know its a braindump in the first place if he has never seen the exam before ?

Point being there is a limit to what can be policed and there is no morality blueprint that can be universally applied. My guy actually sees himself as having gotten lucky ..not as a cheat ! And you do need luck with the CCIE exam as well !
