Still have questions on this one.
Normally when class is defined, the number of queues and the size of each of
individual queue are associated with that class. This is show in the default
class configuration
However, for the non default class, the size of the queue is defined by
wred, but how is the class associated with the number of queues? Is that
related to the "bandwidth" commnad?
