level certifications?
A: Recertification of your CCIE automatically renews your lower level
certifications as well.
How I read this is that the CCIE written recertifies you for lower
certifications regardless they were expired or not.

I passed my CCIE R&S Written on 31 Dec 04 and it
certified my NP as well as the CQS-VPNS & CQS-CFS.
It is true that passing the IE written does recertify
