Do you currently have dialer 1 assigned to a dialer pool? If the dialer is
assigned to a pool, then you won't be able to use the dialer map command.

So, dialer map can't be used under int dialer 1,

but, under int dialer 0

Rack1R5(config-if)#int di 0
Rack1R5(config-if)#dialer m?
map mult-map-same-name
