And I thought I understood FRTS already...
If I just configure minCIR, the default CIR is 56000, the default Tc is 125ms and Bc is 7000.
But what is the commited burst value when enough BECN is received to move back to minCIR?
Is it minCIR/Tc (32000/0.125 in this example) and there is no way to see its value on monitoring commands?
