I may be wrong, but my way of thinking is that all commands that are
needed before routers can establish the physical-logical relation are
needed in both places, and the rest can go only in the logical if.

So I would guess that in the calling router, it will work even if you
put it on the dialer interface only. You need it in the physical if on
the receiving side (cause it does not know who is calling by the time it
has to establish MPPP). Have not tried it, let me know if you do.

(On the other side, it does not hurt if you do put it *everywhere* :)
