They had some scam in the Asian countries several months ago about something
like this. People paying others to take the exams for them, prometric people
looking the other way as well. I would not be shocked to find out that the
testking crap comes from too. Most of the people that seem to advertise this
stuff seem to come from Asian ISP's too. Western Union is indeed dangerous,
it's like giving your cash away to some peddler on the street. Once you pay,
they are gone and so is your money.
