Redistribute BGP into an IGP(OSPF/EIGRP)!

Hi,
I have a scenario with 3 routers, R1, R2 and R3, all
three configured to be iBGP neighbors, in AS 10.iBGP
full mesh is not allowed, Confederation is not
allowed. Between R1 and R2 I am runnning OPSF, between
R2 and R3 Im running EIGRP

 / 10.99.99.0/24 BGP-AS10 \

/ | \
R1-.2-------OSPF----.1-R2-------EIGRP-------R3
| \
| \
L1 L0-13.13.13.13/24

I have created a L0 on R1 and advertised this into BGP
with the network command. I have to make sure that R3
sees this network in its routing table, I CANNOT
diasble syncronization.
I injected L1 into OSPF, redistributed into EIGRP on
R2
and R3 has a route to L1 installed in its touting
table, as an DEX with an admin of 170. So far so good(
my redistribution work, the config is OK).

I have configured iBGP on R1, R2 and R3, injected
L0(13.13.13.0/24) into BGP on R1, with Syncronization
disabled, R3 installs this entry in its BGP and
routing table(Configuration is OK).
on R2 I have configured under the BGP process
neighbor R3 next-hop-self

when I do a show ip bgp, the next hop is 10.99.99.2
which is the serial interface of R1, it carries this
over without changing the next hop, I was expecting to
see the next hop the serial interface of router R2,
therefore I am not able to ping.

Second problem:
With syncronization enable, R2 receives a BGP update
the 13.13.13.0/24 network and installs it in its bgp
table, but not as best path(this entry is not in the
routing table), I have decided to redistribute BGP
into the IGP and carry the network over to R3.
I done it on R1 under the OSPF process I have
redistributed bgp 10 subnets with and without a route
map, under the route-map I have matched local,
internal and external routes. I am not able to see
13.13.13.0 in the OSPF database. It doesnt work.
I moved over to R2 and I done all over again under the
EIGRP process, it makes no difference. It doesnt
appear in the EIGRP topology. In both cases I have
enabled bgp redistribute internal under the bgp
process.
Would someone please shed some light on this issue.
It is much appreciated.
Thank you
Nathasha
