Hate to quote scripture, but no time to lab this up. According to the Beau
Williamson, Developing IP Multicast Networks, page 320, the access-list goes
on every router with the static rp-address statement. This makes some
sense: you would not want other routers building shared trees to, or
registering traffic with, an RP that cannot service it.
