The ISDN network doesn't like this...

There is a mismatch in call type between the ISDN network (or simulator)
and the router. You're presenting a 64Kbit data call to the ISDN network, i
and the network is reporting that it doesn't have 64KB data capability.

Are you using real carrier-provided ISDN lines or a simulator? If real
lines, are both sides of the link configured for clear-channel ISDN data?
If a simulator, is it configured to pass ISDN data calls?

Cause code 0x3a (hex) or 58 (dec) says:

Bearer capability not presently available.

The network normally provides the requested bearer capability, but it
is unavailable at the present time. This might be due to a temporary
network problem or to a subscription problem.
