Yes, so I can assume the cheapest hamburger in US is 10$, and in VN, the
most expensive hamburger is about 2$.
Ah, I don't know there is any McDonald in VN, but there are manything look
like hamburger (and I'm sure they're hamburger, but are not made by McDonal
:-D )
And if you live in VN long enough, you will know how to spend 2$ for a
delicious diner with someone :-)

The average income per month in VN is about 300$, and 2000$ per month is a
dream with most of Vietnameses (me too :-)
