Good point,

I'm thinking there is another factor here other than money, maybe to help a
developing country get back on it's feet is more valuable than money...Kinda
like the reason why some doctors and surgeons work for free in those parts
of the world..Personally, I would not prefer to work there but I know a few
people with a humanitarian bug in them that might take a bite at such a
deal, even for less money but only for a short time gig.
