OT: Internal SLA/SLT's (Retail)

Hey folks,

Off topic here, but I've been asked to look into industry standard
"internal" SLA's and service targets. In my case, I'm looking to figure
out how other retail companies are handling this, and what service
targets they're holding themselves to. "How do we compare" is the goal
I guess. The usual searches, Gartner, Giga, etc.. aren't proving to be
fruitful. I have managed to gather some meaningful information, but I'm
looking for more.

Anyone have experience with this? Sorry for the OT, but I figured I'm
due one after helping out here an there with studies =D
