Reading Wendell (great book, no doubts), table 7-10 'Comparisons between MLP LFI and FRF-12' there is this statement:
"... PQ most aggressively interleaves packets" -> for MLP LFI
I could configure interleaving with MLP LFI using WFQ and CBWFQ. But when trying to use PQ, it complains:
r2#sh interfaces multilink 9
Multilink9 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is multilink group interface
Internet address is 172.16.25.2/24
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 512 Kbit, DLY 100000 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 91/255, rxload 7/255
Encapsulation PPP, loopback not set
Keepalive set (10 sec)
DTR is pulsed for 2 seconds on reset
LCP Open, multilink Open
Open: IPCP
NOTE: Multilink interleaving is configured but inactive
because queuing strategy is not fair-queueing
Any Thoughts?
(nice of the IOS give us a message, specially when this is so rare :))
