Yogesh,

        Yes you can do this but it is not the "correct" application of
prepending. Typically weight and local-preference are set inbound to
affect the outbound path selection, while AS-Path and MED are set
outbound to affect the inbound path selection. Technically you can set
as-path inbound to affect your own AS's outbound path selection though.
