It all depends on the call volumes and patterns for our call centre we
have 300 channels for a
250 seat call centre. However we have a very busy call centre > 1million
calls a year. However
if you expect all call staff to be busy at some point in the day you
would need 50 FXS ports
which is too many you should look at E1 ISDN. Also it depends on how
much time the agent
spends after each call offline doing work for us its 15 seconds for some
call centres it might
be 10-15 minutes.
